Cre8 is pleased to announce it has closed its acquisition of HES in October 2019. HES is an OS&E supplier to the hospitality industry specialising in linen, tabletop and banquet equipment. It also holds approved preferred supplier status with Best Western Hotels in SE Asia.
This acquisition brings extensive experience to the Cre8 Group with HES Managing Director Jeremy Dalton joining the team as Vice President Sales for the Asia Pacific region. HES will be progressively integrated into the Cre8 group and cease trading as HES in its own right by March 2020.
